By accessing this website or making a booking with The Dome Retreats Rajanukunte ("we", "us", "our", "the property"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or proceed with a booking.
1. Booking Conditions
- Identification. Government-issued ID proof is required for all adults at check-in — Aadhaar, Driving License, or Passport only. PAN card is not accepted as ID proof.
- Conduct. Spitting and urinating in open/outdoor areas is strictly prohibited.
- Power backup. In the event of a power outage, all rooms are supported by UPS for continued lighting, with full Generator back-up for the property.
- Guest actions. Management is not responsible for any unforeseen incident arising from a guest's own careless actions.
- Children & elders. Children and elders must be supervised by their families or caretakers exactly as they would be at home — management bears no responsibility for their safety. Please request staff assistance whenever needed. Guests staying in cottages with a private pool must ensure an adult directly supervises children around the pool at all times.
- Belongings & parking. Management is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings. Parking is provided within the premises entirely at the owner's/guest's own risk. CCTV is installed across common areas.
- Illegal substances. Any illegal drugs found in a guest's possession will be reported to the Police.
2. Terms for No-Show & Reduction in Length of Stay
- If you cancel a booking after the scheduled check-in time, or do not show up at the property, the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be processed.
- If the number of nights actually stayed is less than what was confirmed at the time of booking, no refund is issued for the reduced/unused nights.
3. Damages to Property
Any damage caused by a guest to property or infrastructure at The Dome Retreats will be chargeable at actuals — i.e. the actual cost of repair or replacement, as assessed by management.
4. Booking Extension Policy
- Extension of stay is provided at the current room rates on the day of extension, and is subject to room availability.
- Current room rates may differ from the rate at which the original stay was booked — extensions are not guaranteed the original booking price.
