What "Delivery" Means for Us
- Your booking confirmation and any tickets/vouchers are delivered digitally, by email and/or WhatsApp, immediately or shortly after successful payment.
- The stay or experience itself is "delivered" in person at check-in, as per the dates and details confirmed in your booking.
- No item is packed, dispatched, or shipped to any address as part of any transaction on this website.
