1. Reservation and Payment:

1.1. Reservations can be made by contacting The Dome Retreats directly.

1.2. 50% advance payment in full is required to secure a reservation.

1.3 All rates and charges are quoted in local currency and subject to applicable taxes.

1.4 Tariffs are subject to change when not booked.

2. Cancellation and refund:

2.1. Cancellations made more than [7] days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.

2.2. Cancellations made within [7] days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee.

2.3. No-shows or early departures will be charged the full reservation amount.

2.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7] days after the cancellation date.

3. Check-in and Check-out:

3.1. Check-in time begins at 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

3.2. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4 Guest Responsibilities:

4.1. Guests are responsible for maintaining accommodations and cleanliness during their stay.

4.2. Cost of damages, if any, will have to be borne by the guest.

4.3. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of The Dome Retreats during their stay.

4.4. The Dome Retreats reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these terms and conditions.

5. Privacy Policy:

5.1. The Dome Retreats collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the website.

5.2. By using the website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability:
