Here is our cancellation policy for Room bookings:

– *Full Refund*: Cancel more than 7 days (168 hours) prior to check-in.
– *Half Refund*: Cancel between 5-7 days (120-168 hours) prior to check-in.
– *No Refund*: Cancel less than 5 days (120 hours) prior to check-in.

Please note that certain packages or promotions may have varying cancellation policies. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask! 🌼✨. Check the number in your reservation email in case the booking lines are busy

 

Force Majeure Events

In the event of a city-wide bandh or a natural disaster (such as an earthquake or floods), The Dome Retreats offers the following flexible options for affected guests:

  • Free Rescheduling: If a guest is unable to travel on the day of their booking, they may reschedule their stay to any available date and room category, with necessary tariff adjustments.
  • Credit Note Option: If the guest does not have a specific reschedule date in mind, a credit note will be issued via email, allowing the advance payment to be adjusted towards a future stay.

For cancellations due to a major health issue or a death in the family, guests may submit documentary evidence to request one of the following:

  1. Reschedule the stay to a future date.
  2. Receive a credit note for a future booking.
  3. Transfer the booking to another person.

We strive to provide flexibility and support to our guests during unforeseen circumstances. 

The Dome Retreats reserves the right to refund/ reschedule reservations to avoid fraud/ misuse of the policy
