The project
Madikeri extends The Dome Retreats philosophy into Coorg's Western Ghats: low-footprint dome architecture, designed only after a full ecological baseline of the land (600+ species documented). Below are the early visualisations, the brochure, the location, and the partnership behind it.

Independent, private, corner-less domes with A-class interiors in teak — each with an in-cottage jacuzzi and fireplace, open-to-sky moments and forest views.
Larger family homes — one 6-BHK and two 4-BHK — for owners and long stays, managed on a revenue-share rental model when owners aren’t in residence.

Location
In good company. TDRM sits in the Galibeedu / 1st Monnangeri corridor above Madikeri — the same premium pocket as Taj Madikeri and Club Mahindra, ringed by heritage coffee estates and Western Ghats forest. About 5–6 hours from Bengaluru and ~2 hours from Mysuru.
