Getting Started
Prepare the Grill For charcoal grills: Light the provided charcoal using the lighter fluid and fire starters. Wait until the charcoal turns gray before placing food on the grill. Call your host for this
Preheat the Grill Preheat the grill for 10–15 minutes to ensure even cooking. Use this time to organize your ingredients.
Cooking Your BBQ
Place Food on the Grill Use the provided tongs to place marinated items or vegetables on the grill.Avoid overcrowding the grill to ensure even cooking.
Cooking Times (Approximate):
Vegetables: 5–10 minutes (flip halfway).
Paneer/Tofu: 6–8 minutes per side.
Seafood: 3–5 minutes per side.
Chicken (boneless): 6–8 minutes per side.
Check for Doneness Use the meat thermometer provided to check temperatures if applicable. For vegetarian items, ensure a nice golden-brown finish.
